Session grade levels reflect the school grade your girl will begin in the fall of 2020. Grade groupings help ensure girls get the most out of camp. Our camp sessions have max capacities and will be listed as “FULL” on the website when they are reached. We do not have wait lists. Registering for Camp Our registration checklist outlines how to register for camp through our camp calendar. Once you register, you’ll get a series of emails outlining what to do next. If you do not receive a confirmation email within two hours, call us at 800-845-0787 to confirm your registration. Paying for Camp River Valleys offers many options to pay for camp. If registering online or over the phone, we can only accept credit card payments. Resident camp sessions may either be paid in full or with a $25 non-refundable deposit at the time of registration. Troop camp and day camp registrations must be paid in full at the time of registration. We accept checks, Cookie Credits, Fall FUNds, or a combination thereof. These items must be mailed in to our St. Paul Service Center. Financial Aid is available Arrival and Departure You can find arrival and departure notes specific to your session on the event listing and in your registration confirmation emails. Or, use our drop-off and pick-up instructions. Request to Camp With a Buddy Girls can room with a buddy at resident camp if they are registered for the same session as their friend. Just fill out the form below once both girls have registered for their session. We recommend limiting buddy requests to one girl. Girls tend to have the most fun when they can meet new friends and don’t have to manage several existing friendships at the same time. We cannot honor buddy requests of more than four girls. Dietary and Allergy Requests If notified, our cooks can provide gluten-free meals, lactose-free, peanut- and treenut-free meals. Meals often include a vegetarian option, but let us know if you or your camper is vegetarian so we make sure there is enough. Read more about our food philosophy and let us know what you or your camper needs below! Special Accommodations We want all our campers to have a spectacular time at time camp. Read up on girl readiness levels and if your camper meets our requirements, let us know what special accommodations are needed below! Requests for special accommodations should be made at least one month in advance of your camper's session. Rentals Girl Scout members can reserve many of our camp facilities for Girl Scout related events, campouts, or activities using our direct reservation forms. If you would like to reserve a camp for a non-Girl Scout activity or are an outside group please use our special rental inquiry form for availability and pricing. Preferred Pronoun We’d like to make your camper feel as comfortable at camp as possible. If your Girl Scout prefers to use the them/they pronouns during their stay please let us know.
