Follow These Steps to Register for Camp
Know How Registration WorksCamp sessions fill quickly – so if you have your eye on a particular session, read through our How to Register for Camp guide.
Browse Sessions & Register
Follow the registration links included in each listing to start signing up. Once you register, you’ll get a series of emails outlining exactly what to do next; if you do not receive a confirmation e-mail within two hours, please call us to confirm your registration.
Request to Camp With a Buddy
Girls can room with a buddy at resident camp if they are registered for the same session as their friend. Use our contact form to make a buddy request.
We recommend limiting buddy requests to one girl. Girls tend to have the most fun when they can meet new friends and don’t have to manage several existing friendships at the same time. We cannot honor buddy requests of more than four girls, and cannot guarantee all members of a troop will be housed together at resident camp.
Pay For Camp
Read about deposits, financial assistance, and more. At the time of registration, individuals attending resident camp or council-led day camp at Edith Mayo sessions may either pay the full amount or a $25 non-refundable deposit. Final payment is due 30 days prior to the resident camp session start date. Troop camp and volunteer-led day camp registrations must be paid in full at the time of registration.
