Follow These Steps to Register for Camp
-
Know How Registration Works
Camp sessions fill quickly—so if you have your eye on a particular session, read through our How to Register for Camp guide. -
Browse Sessions & Register
Browse camp sessions with the 2023 Camp At-A-Glance List. Follow the filter and event links on the Camp Calendar to start signing up. All sessions can be viewed by logging into your My Account page and searching through the My Events tab. Once you register, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Log into your account to review your camp session details.
Non-members will be able to begin registering for camp sessions on February 13. We encourage non-members to consider purchasing an annual Girl Scout membership ($25, financial assistance is available). By joining as a member, you’ll be able to register for your camp session earlier, pay the member price, and enjoy other benefits of membership. Contact us for more information and assistance.
-
Request to Camp With a Buddy
Campers can room with a buddy at resident camp if they are registered for the same session as their friend. Use our online camper form system CampDoc to complete a buddy request.
Please limit your buddy requests to one camper. Buddy requests must be mutual. Campers tend to have the most fun when they can meet new friends and don’t have to manage several existing friendships at the same time.
-
Pay For Camp
Read about deposits, financial assistance, and more. At the time of registration, you may either pay the full amount or a small non-refundable, non-transferable deposit. Final payment is due 30 days prior to the resident camp session start date. Volunteer-led day camp registrations must be paid in full at the time of registration.
-
Know Our Policies
Read through our policies on cancellations, refunds, behavior, COVID, and more. *All campers, including adults are required to bring proof of a negative COVID-19 test taken within 24 hours of their session start time.
