Take your troop on an adventure they’ll remember for the rest of their lives! Girl Scouts River Valleys’ troop exploration sessions are an easy way for troops to experience the great outdoors together.
We make it easy for troops to have an overnight adventure! We provide the housing, basic meals, some staff-led activities, and a beautiful setting for your troop to learn, play, and bond together. When you’re not participating in staff-led activities, your troop will have a chance to spend time doing troop-led activities that they enjoy—whether that is relaxing and unwinding together or working on badges and Journeys!
Due to staffing challenges, Girl Scouts River Valleys was not able to offer our traditional troop camp sessions to members this year. We were able to offer a limited number of Troop Exploration Camp sessions, a modified version of troop camp. These 56 troop sessions filled very quickly. We do not anticipate being able to offer additional sessions or spaces. We do not have waitlists. We encourage those still looking for a summer camp experience to explore our troop rental options at Camp Northwoods and Camp Singing Hills, or register for one of our “Adult and Me” camp sessions.
