At the time of registration, individuals attending resident camp sessions, adult and me camp sessions, and Edith Mayo Day Camp may either pay the full amount or a $25 non-refundable deposit. If only paying the deposit, you will receive a mailed invoice five weeks before the start of your camp session. Families can pay their remaining balance with a credit card online via Ebiz event management or by calling 800-845-0787. Payment is due in full 30 days before the camp session start date.
Troop camp and volunteer-led day camp registrations must be paid in full at the time of registration.
Financial Assistance
If the total cost of camp is not affordable, you can request financial assistance to help with the cost. You must register for camp with a deposit prior to submitting the online financial assistance application. No proof of income is required, and requests are confidential.
Note: Only Girl Scout River Valleys members are eligible for financial assistance, which is also limited to one camp session per year per member. For more information about how assistance is calculated and awarded read the full financial assistance policy.
Financial Assistance for Resident Camp
Please register for your session/s online and then request assistance for paying the remaining balance by submitting the “Council-Led Resident or Troop Camp” portion of our online financial assistance application. Or, paper financial assistance forms are available upon request. A $25 non-refundable deposit will be required for the camp registration.
Financial Assistance for Troop Camp
Participants who would like to request financial assistance to help pay for the cost of troop camp will need to register for the camp session by phone at 800-845-0787 with a $25 deposit (this option is not available online). Families can then request assistance paying the remaining balance by submitting the “Council-Led Resident or Troop Camp” portion of our online financial assistance application. Or, paper financial assistance forms are available upon request.
Financial Assistance for Volunteer-Led Day Camp
Participants who would like to request financial assistance for a Volunteer-Led Day Camp (a.k.a. service unit day camps) can apply by submitting the “Service Unit or Volunteer-Led Day Camp” portion of our online financial assistance application. Or, paper financial assistance forms are available upon request.
Assistance information will be shared with the recipient via email. The recipient will then be responsible for submitting day camp registration forms and any remaining payments to the day camp organizers. Any financial assistance that is granted to applicants will be paid directly to the day camp organizers, who will be informed of the recipient’s name and amount.
Financial Assistance for Bike Club
Participants who would like to request financial assistance for Bike Club can apply by submitting the “Council-Led Program Events” portion of our online financial assistance application. Or, paper financial assistance forms are available upon request.
Assistance information will be shared with the recipient via email. Girl Scouts River Valleys will register the recipient who will then be responsible for submitting any remaining payments to the council.
