At the time of registration, individuals may either pay the full camp registration fee or a minimum non-refundable deposit amount. The remaining balance can paid with a credit card online via gsEvents or by calling 800-845-0787. Financial assistance and program credits can also be used towards the remaining balance. See additional details below. Payment is due in full 30 days before the camp session start date.
Volunteer-led day camp registrations must be paid in full at the time of registration.
Financial Assistance
Girl Scouts is open to all, regardless of ability to pay. Girl Scouts River Valleys is committed to ensuring that every Girl Scout has access to the full complement of Girl Scout experiences and will remove financial barriers to that access whenever possible. If the total cost of camp is not affordable, you can request financial assistance to help with the cost. No proof of income is required, and requests are confidential. Only Girl Scout River Valleys members are eligible for financial assistance, which is also limited to one camp session per year per member. Financial Assistance for Camp and Events
To request financial assistance for resident camp, troop camp, or council-sponsored events or series (like Mountain Biking), register for your desired session by paying the minimum deposit* and select “Financial Assistance” as an additional payment type. After registering, submit the Financial Assistance Request Form. Assistance information will be shared with the recipient via email.
Note: Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. If financial assistance is requested, but not awarded, and the registrant no longer wishes to attend the event, we will refund the deposit. See Events and Camp: Registration and Customer Cancellation Policy for more information.
Financial Assistance for Volunteer-Led Day Camp
Participants who would like to request financial assistance for a Volunteer-Led Day Camp can apply by submitting the “Community/Area or Volunteer-Led Day Camp” portion of our Financial Assistance Request Form.
Assistance information will be shared with the recipient via email. The recipient will then be responsible for submitting day camp registration forms and any remaining payments to the day camp organizers. Any financial assistance that is granted to applicants will be paid directly to the day camp organizers, who will be informed of the recipient’s name and amount.

Girl Scouts earn Fall FUNds through the Fall FUNDraiser. Credits earned can help pay for day camp, troop camp, or resident camp. To redeem, please submit the Program Credit and/or 2025 Happy Camper Code Redemption Form. 2024 Fall Funds will expire September 15, 2025.
